This 112,000-square-foot, two-story building is part of a 73-acre master planned Justice Services campus. Over 70% of the building’s exterior is comprised of precast tilt-up panels. The 46 panels were erected in just five days, a significant undertaking from both a structural and engineering perspective. A 450-ton crawler crane was used to erect the panels into place. One of the panels weighed in at 276,000-pounds, making it the fourth heaviest tilt-up panel ever erected in the United States
