Cosumnes Oaks High School and Elizabeth Pinkerton Middle School

Work on this 77-acre site included 25 classroom buildings, two pre-cast tilt-up panel gymnasiums, one performing arts center (PAC) and a library.

There was 23,600-square-feet of multi-colored stained interior and exterior concrete poured. The use of stained flooring was a first for the Elk Grove School District. The project also included all of the concrete site work for the buildings, landscaping, parking lots and sports fields.
