Sutter Gould Ambulatory Surgery Center and Medical Office Building

Located on the Sutter Gould Medical Foundation’s existing Stockton campus, is the new Ambulatory Surgery Center and Medical Office Building.  By expanding the Stockton campus, Sutter Gould Medical Foundation can offer the community a full range of medical care.

The Ambulatory Surgery Center is a one-story, 12,000-square-foot facility that will house three operating rooms and two procedure rooms. Work included excavation, form, place- and-finish of spread footings and slab-on-grade.

The Medical Office Building is a three-story, 59,000-square-foot facility that houses physician offices, exam rooms, a Same Day Clinic and building support space.   Work included excavation form, place-and-finish of spread footings, slab-on-grade, slab-on-metal deck and sitework.
