Palladio at Broadstone – Parking Structure

Folsom, CA

Located in the Palladio at Broadstone, a retail mix shopping center, are two parking structures that sit at the heart of a 3,000-acre, master-planned community in the city of Folsom.

The cast-in-place, post-tensioned concrete parking structures equal 462,000-square-feet and have 1,213 parking stalls.  One of the structures is two levels and features open air parking.  The other is three levels with open air parking. In all, over 19,000-cubic-yards of concrete was placed for this project.
