Kaiser Modesto Medical Center

The Kaiser Modesto medical facility featured multiple projects on a 50-acre site. Work included a 29,000-square-foot single-story central utility plant, 254,000-square-foot four-story hospital support building, and a 400,000-square-foot five-story hospital with two nursing towers.

Concrete work at the hospital consisted of concrete slab on metal decking, a basement with poured-in-place concrete walls, and a loading dock surrounded by a 24,400-square-foot, poured-in-place concrete retaining wall.
