Located in West Sacramento on the banks of the Sacramento River, this 6.85 acre site includes a deep pile foundation, five-level parking structure that houses 1,200 parking stalls and a 14-story structural steel tower with a glass and metal panel skin system.

The total concrete package will encompass over 700,000-square-feet of finished concrete while placing close to 21,000 cubic yards.

The 289-foot-tall tower serves as California State Teachers’ Retirement System (CalSTRS) headquarters and includes a full-service cafeteria, formal boardroom, and financial trading center.
This facility is being constructed to meet the Gold Certificate LEED® designation.
