Casino, Hotel, Parking Structure
Brooks, CA
With a casino, hotel, parking garage, spa, clubhouse, gas stations and a fire station, this 1,063,000-square-foot project required over 84,000-cubic-yards of concrete.
Overlooking the beautiful Capay Valley, the four-story, 200-room hotel is a poured-in-place concrete structure with masonry walls. The 153,000-square-foot building is positioned on a 44’-high retaining wall that doubles as the back wall of the casino.
The four-story, 2,000-car parking structure is constructed of poured-in-place concrete with precast panels and post-tensioned decks. Each floor of the garage features a pedestrian bridge that links directly to the casino.
